Edward Huang — UNFCCC YOUNGO member, LCOY Taiwan International Ambassador, and UCLA Master — brings the real stage of UN climate diplomacy and the Sustainable Development Goals into Changhua classrooms.
Edward Huang（黃雋翔）—— UNFCCC YOUNGO 成員、LCOY Taiwan 國際大使、UCLA 碩士——透過人師教育協會，為彰化的孩子與台灣的青年開啟聯合國氣候峰會、SDGs 教學與跨國 PBL 的真實國際舞台。
Based in Irvine, California, Edward is a member of YOUNGO, the official Children and Youth Constituency of the UNFCCC. Since 2023, he has been actively engaged in youth climate action — from the Global Conference of Youth (GCOY) to UN COP summits — and as an International Ambassador for LCOY Taiwan, he guides students in connecting their personal interests with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
As the founder of Youth Network 青年網, Edward has secured Taiwan's sole UNFCCC-recognized hosting rights for LCOY Taiwan 2026 — making Taiwan one of only 113 countries worldwide authorized to convene this UN-recognized youth climate forum.
He also serves as senior editor and youth coach at the Etosha Education Consulting Institute (EECI) — a UNESCO Greening Education Partnership member — leading project-based learning programs that take students from rural Taiwan classrooms to the Seoul Invention Fair, Hawaii academic conferences, and UN climate summits in Dubai, Baku, and Belém.

Edward teaches a weekly online English-and-SDGs class for the students of Dacheng Elementary — bringing UN climate vocabulary, global case studies, and an American cultural lens to one of Changhua's most rural campuses.
